Nutter hosts Labor, Employment and Benefits Breakfast Briefing “A Discussion with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination”

Nutter’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group will present “A Discussion with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination” on September 24. The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) Commissioner Sunila Thomas-George and General Counsel Constance M. McGrane will discuss the following topics: 

  • A summary of what's new at the MCAD 
  • The Commissioners' tips for Massachusetts employers 
  • Trends in enforcement at the MCAD

The presentation also will include a Q & A session and questions from the audience are encouraged.
