Ken Berman moderates ABA webinar on FRCP amendments

Berman, a partner in the Litigation Department and co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, served as moderator of the ABA’s webinar "The 2015 Amendments to the FRCP: Rule 26, Proportionality, Judicial Intervention, and Mastering the Discovery Juggernaut." The webinar, presented by the ABA’s Judicial Division National Conference of Federal Trial Judges, featured Judge John Koeltl from the Southern District of New York as panelist. Judge Koeltl served on the committee that authored the 2015 amendments.
