Ken Berman, a partner and co-chair of the Business Litigation practice group at Nutter, will moderate the panel, “Truth or Consequences: Exploring the Ethical Boundaries of Witness Preparation,” at the American Bar Association’s 2019 Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar. During his panel, leading witness preparation and professional responsibility experts will discuss how to understand the blurry lines between fair and foul in witness preparation and how to avoid the unfortunate choice between under-preparing your witness or committing an ethics violation.
