Nutter Strengthens Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practices With Addition of New Partner Tracy A. Vitols

Nutter announced today the arrival of Tracy A. Vitols, who joins the firm as a partner in its Tax Department. With deep experience in ERISA and employee benefits law, Vitols advises public and private companies, senior executives, and boards on ERISA and employee benefits issues, including plan design and implementation, plan administration and compliance, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) audits.

Vitols also represents clients on executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, venture capital investments, and complex transactions. In addition, Vitols advises clients on group health and welfare benefit plan issues.

Prior to joining Nutter, Vitols served as Senior Director of Benefits Advisory Compliance at the global advisory firm, Willis Towers Watson. Before that, she was a partner at a prominent New England law firm and has practiced exclusively in ERISA and employee benefits law for over 20 years. Active in the legal industry, Vitols is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and New England Employee Benefits Council. She earned her J.D. from New England School of Law, her LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, and her B.A. from Boston University.
