Overview

Sarah V. Cortinez is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Sarah advises high net worth individuals and families on a broad range of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration matters.

Prior to joining Nutter, Sarah was a judicial intern to the Hon. Migna Sanchez-Llorens, Eleventh Judicial Circuit State Judge, where she worked on real estate and family court matters. Sarah also gained legal experience as an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of Massachusetts, Civil Rights Unit.

Sarah currently volunteers as a Spanish interpreter for the PAIR Project, where she assists with conducting client intake interviews.

During law school, Sarah served as secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association and the Environmental Law Society. She was also a student attorney at the Boston College Civil Rights Clinic. As a research assistant, Sarah analyzed the estate and gift tax system. She graduated law school with a tax concentration.
