Overview

Christine A. Jenness is of counsel in Nutter’s Private Client Department. She focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and residential real estate conveyancing.

Christine has counseled clients on the preparation of probate petitions and related filings, estate and trust accountings, federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns, and estate planning documents. She frequently represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, petitions to the Land Court, and Chapter 91 filings. Christine also has experience in preparing corporate and LLC filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s Office.

Active in the community, Christine is a member of the Massachusetts, Massachusetts Real Estate, and Barnstable Bar Associations as well as the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod.

Prior to joining Nutter, Christine was an estate planning and residential real estate attorney at a law firm in Osterville, MA.
