Nutter advised PollyDot, Inc., a large Planet Fitness franchisee in Massachusetts, in connection with the sale of all of its clubs. The legal team was led by Michael Kushnir in the Corporate and Transactions Department, and included Portia Keady, Ellie Myers, and A.J. Santaniello on corporate matters and Michael Mooney and Laura Marsell on tax matters.
