Overview

Alane Harrington Wallis serves as a Charitable Foundations Manager in Nutter’s Private Client Department. In this role, Alane provides services to private and family foundations, including working with boards to bring in the next generation of grant makers. With a career at Nutter spanning more than 30 years, Alane assists in every phase of the development and administration of private and family foundations and trusts to ensure the grant making process remains nimble and effective.

Alane served as co-chair for the New England Chapter of PEAK Grantmaking, and on the Boston Philanthropic Roundtable (BPART) Steering Committee for many years. She helped form the Boston chapter of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP).

She earned a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.A. from Boston University. She holds a certificate in website administration and design from the Art Institute of Boston.
