Nutter Represents Connected Home Care in its Acquisition by HouseWorks

Nutter served as legal counsel to Connected Home Care in connection with its acquisition by HouseWorks, one of the nation’s largest independent home care companies. Connected Home Care is a leading home care provider serving Medicaid, dual-eligible, and private pay clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Housework’s acquisition of Connected Home Care gives them entry to the Medicaid personal care sector by servicing Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) and other payors.
