During the session, “Employee Retention Tax Credit: Another Potential Benefit for Economically Challenged Businesses,” Shannon and Josh discussed the currently modified and improved opportunity to claim Employment Tax Credits for 2020 and 2021 for businesses meeting certain conditions of either lost revenues or forced government shutdown. They also addressed unresolved PPP questions.
