Konstantin Linnik, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, has been appointed co-chair of the Boston Patent Law Association’s (BPLA) Patent Law Committee, and Heather B. Repicky, a partner in the firm’s IP Litigation practice group, has been appointed co-chair of the Amicus Committee. Rory P. Pheiffer, an associate in the Intellectual Property Department, in addition to serving as the BPLA’s Treasurer this year has also been appointed a Chairperson of the Invented Here! Planning Committee.
The BPLA has worked to address issues important to the intellectual property community since 1924 and brings together more than 900 lawyers, law students, technical specialists, and other professionals to provide educational programs and a forum for the interchange of ideas and information concerning patent, trademark, and copyright laws.
