Nutter announced today that Elizabeth Norman has joined the firm as a partner in its tax law practice. Norman brings more than a decade of experience as a practicing tax attorney and an extensive track record advising private investment funds and public and private companies on a broad range of tax issues. She joins Nutter from Goulston & Storrs LLP in Boston.
“We are delighted to have Elizabeth on Nutter’s team,” said Deborah J. Manus, managing partner, Nutter. “Her breadth of experience combined with deep knowledge of corporate tax issues will be a value-add for clients.”
Norman represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, negotiating credit agreements and other debt documents. A published author on complex tax issues including international investment structures and treaty analysis, Norman is a frequent speaker on tax-efficient investment and financing options—both for domestic and cross-border investments.
