Mary T. Marshall Joins Nutter Real Estate PracticePrint PDF
Nutter announced today that Mary T. Marshall has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate and Finance practice. Marshall’s practice focuses on zoning, land use and environmental law, with specific expertise within the City of Boston. She joins Nutter from Ropes & Gray LLP where she was counsel to the Real Estate Group in the Corporate Department.
Marshall represents a broad range of clients on real estate issues, including developers, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions, private companies and manufacturers, private and public utilities and telecommunications providers and many non-profit educational, health care and religious institutions, government agencies and authorities.
“Mary’s expertise in development and land use matters, especially within the City of Boston, brings valuable strength to our ability to serve our real estate clients,” said Michael Mooney, the firm’s managing partner. “We are fortunate to be able to add her experience to our established practice.”
Active in the community, Marshall is currently chair of The Menino Committee, a trustee and secretary for the Trustees of Charitable Donation for the City of Boston, a member of the Trinity Church Preservation Trust and a member of the Board of Trustees of Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Marshall is a past chair of the Real Estate Committee for the Catholic Charities Board of Trustees and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Beacon Hill Civic Association.
