Rory P. Pheiffer, an associate in the Intellectual Property Department, led a civil legal education workshop on affordable housing for the participants in the BMC-Roxbury CHOICE program on March 6. Created by members of the current Boston Bar Association PILP class, the program is one of a series of civil legal education modules on topics such as financial responsibility, public benefits, and affordable housing for state probationers in the BMC-Roxbury CHOICE program. Rory outlined affordable housing for the attendees, including private and public rental options, shelter information, and the steps to take if facing eviction.
