Overview

Kristin Leary is the Chief Talent and Equity Officer (CTEO) at the firm.  She is responsible for developing and executing Nutter’s strategy for building and retaining a high-performing team of diverse professionals, while supporting the firm’s mission, values, and culture.

Kristin worked for more than 15 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, comprising a wide range of professional and organizational development activities, including training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, career coaching, internal communications, and policy creation and implementation, among other responsibilities.

She subsequently served as chief of staff to the global chair of the Corporate Department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York, with responsibility for strategic planning, talent management, internal communications, and operations for five practice areas, across four offices globally.

Kristin received her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College and her M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University, where she also completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (CCCP).
