Juliaana A. DiGesu
Juliaana DiGesu is an associate in Nutter’s Real Estate Department. She represents private, middle-market companies in a broad range of transactions, such as asset and equity purchases and sales as well as restructuring and leveraged buyouts. Juliaana also serves as local counsel in multistate transactions, for which she manages due diligence, structuring, documentation, and closing.
A leader in her community, Juliaana sits on the board of the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire and is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Concord.
Juliaana earned her law degree from the Boston University School of Law, where she was the articles editor for the International Law Journal. In addition, she was a member of the Women’s Law Association and International Law Society.
Prior to joining Nutter, Juliaana was an associate at a New England law firm. Previously, she served as an intern to the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Harriet Harman QC MP, in the British Parliament.
