Overview
Erica K. Kim is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. She advises high net worth individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration.
Prior to joining Nutter, Erica interned in the general counsel’s office at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Previously, she was an interpreter at Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), a South Korean government agency in New York City. Erica has also worked as a business immigration law paralegal in Michigan.
During law school, Erica was the vice president of the Immigration Law Society and Legal Christian Fellowship and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Society.
Erica is involved in the community and has gone on six short-term mission trips to Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. She is fluent in Korean and English as well as proficient in Spanish.
