Donald J. Kondub

Donald J. Kondub is the retired Executive Director (April 2021). He was also chair of the Financial Practices Committee, a member of the Lateral Partner Hiring Committee, and Secretary of the Executive Committee. He was responsible for all support functions within the firm including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Practice Development, Recruiting, and Practice Management.

Don started his career as an accountant at Wolf & Company of Massachusetts, where he received his Certified Public Accountants License. He subsequently worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston and Digital. He was then employed for over twenty years at Hale and Dorr LLP and its successor firm, WilmerHale, where he was first the Director of Finance and then Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Nutter, Don was the Director of Administration at Mintz Levin.

Don spearheaded the extensive renovations to the Nutter Boston office, which were completed in 2011. The firm relocated and enlarged the Louis D. Brandeis Conference Center, created a sixty-five seat café with full service kitchen for employees of the firm, and significantly downsized a number of operational areas.

He received his Masters in Finance from Bentley College and a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
