Nutter Represents Madico, Inc. in Acquisition of ClearPlex Corporation

Nutter advised Madico, Inc., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of automotive, solar, safety, and security films, in its acquisition of select assets of ClearPlex Corporation, an established supplier of protection films based in Draper, Utah. The legal team included Meghan Kelly, an associate in the firm’s Business Department, and Erin Whitney, an associate in the firm’s Tax Department.

ClearPlex markets and distributes optically-clear, patent pending glass protection films and related products for use in the transportation and electronic markets throughout the world. The agreement combines the strengths of Madico and ClearPlex, by leveraging Madico’s global network and resources with ClearPlex’s product and application expertise.
