The firm mourns the passing of its long-time partner and friend Jack Driscoll, who passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 15. He was devoted to his clients and a generous mentor to many young lawyers at Nutter. A former president of the Boston Bar Association and trustee of the Boston Bar Foundation, Jack was admired and respected in many circles, from Harvard Football, the Town of Belmont, and the American Bar Association, to the numerous civic and charitable organizations to which he contributed his leadership and unwavering commitment.
