Ian Roffman, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group and a former senior trial counsel for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, served as a panelist at Mass Lawyer's Weekly 2011 Business & Law Breakfast Forum on September 9. The forum featured topics such as crafting and evaluating codes of conduct, anti-retaliation policies, response procedures and investigating whistleblower claims covered by SOX.
