Melissa Sampson McMorrow, chair of Nutter’s Tax Department and co-chair of the Nonprofit and Social Impact practice group, was a featured speaker at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) webinar, “Exempt Organizations Fundamentals Series – Dissolution.” Melissa addressed  the legal requirements and the steps involved for tax-exempt organizations in Massachusetts to be able to dissolve. Dissolution was a presentation in the BBA’s six-part Fundamentals Series on public charities and private foundations.
