Several Nutter partners presented at New England Corporate Counsel Association’s (NECCA) seminar “Taming the Beast: Successful Management of Complex Litigation” on May 6. The seminar focused on ways for in-house counsel faced with complex litigation to develop a strategy to manage the process and control costs. Attendees learned the latest trends in venue selection, budget tracking, streamlining multi-counsel representation, and insurer relations.
