Beth Mitchell, partner in the Real Estate and Finance Department and co-chair of the firm's Commercial Finance practice group, presented at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) on October 12. Beth spoke on the panel “Intercreditor Agreements: Current Issues and Recent Developments.” The panel discussed current issues encountered among senior, junior, and mezzanine lenders negotiating intercreditor agreements. The panel also discussed key provisions of the ABA Model Intercreditor Agreement compared to other standard forms.
