Joseph P. Jannetty

Joseph P. Jannetty is an associate in Nutter’s Real Estate Department. He assists clients on commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposition of real estate, financing, and leasing.

Prior to joining Nutter, Joe was an acquisitions agent at JANCO Development, where he sourced investment opportunities and negotiated real estate acquisition terms with a focus on opportunity zone investments. Previously, he was a credit development associate at CoBank in Denver, CO and Minneapolis, MN. Joe also has experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner.

During law school, Joe was on the executive board of the Business Law and Real Estate Law Societies. He also interned with the PAIR Project, where he assisted with the appeals process following a political refugee’s denial of asylum.
