Overview

Erika Doherty is an of counsel in Nutter’s Litigation Department. She represents companies of all sizes in product liability defense, mass tort, and commercial litigation.

Erika frequently handles all aspects of the litigation lifecycle for multinational companies, including discovery, depositions, hearings, settlement conferences and negotiations, mediations, and jury selection. She regularly counsels clients involved in multi-district mass tort and product liability litigation. Erika has experience in researching and reviewing complex scientific literature and often works with expert witnesses to draft complex expert reports for trial. She has successfully represented clients before arbitration panels.

Prior to joining Nutter, Erika was a litigation attorney at several law firms, where she advised clients on litigation in a wide variety of commercial, products liability, and mass tort cases.

Erika was the production editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal during law school. She was a scholarship athlete on the women’s track team at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
