Overview
Ashley M. Paquin is an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Ashley focuses her practice on advising clients in a broad range of matters, including SEC investigations and other government inquiries, securities litigation, and complex civil litigation. Ashley advises clients on initial fact investigation, discovery and subpoena response, preparation for interviews and depositions, and motion practice.
Previously, Ashley was an associate at Ropes & Gray, where she represented clients in government enforcement actions, data breach class actions, and other complex commercial litigation. She also gained legal experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for the Honorable William G. Young on the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
