Tracy is active in the community, providing free legal consultations for WE CAN, a Cape Cod non-profit organization offering a range of services to women in transition. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, Cape Cod and the Islands Chapter. She is a member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals. She is a member of the National and Cape Cod Chapters of the American Business Women’s Association. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is currently on the Alumni Board of Directors for UMASS-Dartmouth, School of Law.

During law school, Tracy was the recipient of the Rikki J. Klieman, Esq., Advocacy Through Scholarship Award. She also received a Medal of Excellence for Outstanding Bankruptcy Studies from the American Bankruptcy Institute and was a semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition.
