  • Advised CIRCOR International, Inc. (NYSE: CIR) in its $210 million acquisition of Critical Flow Solutions.
  • Advised EKSO Bionics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EKSO) in subsequent financing transactions including a $15 million public offering of common stock and related listing on the Nasdaq capital market and a $22.8 million warrant exercise offer.
  • Advised Centrix Bank & Trust (OTC Bulletin Board: CXBT) in its $134 million acquisition by Eastern Bank Corporation.
  • Advised over half a dozen community banks in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions since 2014, with deal sizes ranging from $12 million to $134 million.

Thomas frequently presents on private placement financing options for early-stage companies, including under Regulation D, Regulation A and Regulation Crowdfunding.

Thomas gained previous legal experience working as an intern in the Boston office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert J. Kane of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Prior to attending law school, Thomas also worked as a paralegal in the broker-dealer and securities market regulation practice of a leading New York law firm. During law school, Thomas served as an articles editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law.
