Lewis J. Lee is an associate in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department. Software, mobile, and networking clients rely on his counsel in the areas of patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, patent strategy, and infringement analysis. Drawing on his experience as a software engineer in the U.S. and Korea, Lewis also has significant experience in software development and core software technologies.
Prior to joining Nutter, Lewis was an associate at a national law firm in Boston, where he focused his practice on patent prosecution. Before entering the legal profession, he held various positions in software engineering in the U.S. and Korea, where he designed solar manufacturing software, developed multiple applications for the semi-conductor, display, manufacturing and medical industries, and led an R&D center in Seoul.
