Isaac A. Hubner, Ph.D. is an associate in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences and Medical Device practice group. Clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries rely on Isaac’s counsel for a variety of intellectual property matters, frequently turning to Isaac to develop and implement strategies that translate their discoveries into valuable intellectual property assets and competitive advantages. Before his legal career, Isaac was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellow at Harvard University, where he gained deep experience in biomedical and chemical research, and published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (USA), Biochemistry, Physical Review E, Bioinformatics, Journal of Applied Physics, and Journal of Molecular Biology.
