Overview

Amy L. Nash is the Assistant Firm Counsel and Director of Client Intake & Conflicts at the firm. In this role, she assists firm lawyers in processing new business opportunities and in identifying and resolving conflicts of interest presented by such opportunities. Amy serves as a member of the firm’s Professional Responsibility Committee and assists the firm’s Lateral Partner Hiring Committee in assessing conflicts associated with potential lateral hires. Amy previously served as Manager of Client Intake and Conflicts at the firm. Amy joined the firm from Ropes & Gray LLP, where she was a Conflicts Attorney.

Amy practiced law for several years before moving into the area of new business intake and conflicts. She was an associate and counsel in the Litigation and Securities Departments at WilmerHale, and also practiced at Littler Mendelson, P.C. in Boston, and Hinckley Allen & Snyder, LLP in Providence, Rhode Island.

Amy received her J.D., from New York University School of Law, and received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Center for Professional Responsibility.
