Overview

Alex Eddinger is an associate in Nutter’s Real Estate Department. He advises clients on a broad array of real estate issues, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, zoning, and land use matters. Alex routinely drafts and reviews a variety of real estate contracts and conducts due diligence in connection with commercial transactions. His real estate litigation practice currently focuses on representing clients in zoning appeals, easement and title disputes, and related land use litigation.

Prior to joining Nutter, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Jennifer S.D. Roberts of the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court.

While in law school, Alex worked on numerous real estate matters during his internships with Northeastern University’s Office of the General Counsel, The Community Builders, Inc., and the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable. In addition, Alex served as vice president of the Real Estate Law Society.

Alex holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
