Nutter's IP litigators aggressively represent clients from pre-litigation counseling through the litigation process, including discovery, trial and appeal, and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.

In addition to developing strategies for identifying, establishing, protecting, preserving, and enforcing patent, trademark, and copyright rights, we:
