Kristen E. Binck is an associate in the Real Estate and Finance Department. Her practice includes representing clients in complex real estate transactions and real estate litigation in state and federal court. She also advises clients with respect to land use, permitting and environmental issues.
Kristen is a member of the Boston Bar Association and is active in several Citizens Schools Programs. She is also committed to pro bono work and has represented numerous clients in housing, benefits and immigration matters through the Lawyers Clearinghouse Legal Clinic for Homeless.
During law school, Kristen was a staff editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy.
