Jonathan Perky is an associate in the Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law and complex commercial litigation. Jon has represented employers in a variety of matters involving alleged workplace discrimination, wage and hour class actions and labor grievances. Jon also represents individuals and corporations in disputes involving contracts for international sales of goods, business torts and investments in real estate.
Jon is a member of the Firm’s Data Management and Discovery practice group and has significant experience managing complex electronic discovery issues in conjunction with his representations. He worked as a consultant specializing in data quality and integrity before attending law school.
Prior to joining Nutter, Jon was an intern for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
During law school, Jon was executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review, a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board, and a participant in the Intellectual Property Certificate Program.
