Tracy E. Shaughnessy is an associate in the Trusts & Estates Department. She works out of the firm’s Hyannis office and focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, guardianship and all aspects of estate and trust administration.
Tracy is active in the community, serving as a mentor for WE CAN, a non-profit organization offering low and moderate income women a range of free legal services. She served as a member of the Legal and Finance Committee for the Cape Cod Young Professionals from 2006-2007. She is currently a member of the UMass-Dartmouth Law Alumni Board.
During law school, Tracy was the recipient of the Rikki J. Klieman, Esq., Advocacy Through Scholarship Award. She also received a Medal of Excellence for Outstanding Bankruptcy Studies from the American Bankruptcy Institute and was a semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition.
