Thomas A. Rockwell is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department. His practice includes sophisticated estate planning, with a focus on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Tom also advises executors and trustees in the areas of estate and trust administration. He counsels clients in charitable planning and the creation and administration of charitable foundations. In the probate court he has successfully handled trust reformation cases, the preparation and allowance of complex and contested accounts, and guardianship matters.
While in law school, he was a member of the University of Colorado Law Review and a Rothgerber, Johnson and Lyons Teaching Fellow in contracts.
