Shane P. Early

Shane P. Early is an associate in the Litigation Department. He has handled a variety of matters, including products liability cases, intellectual property litigation, government investigations, and complex business disputes.

Shane also devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono matters. He received the Volunteer Lawyer for the Arts Robert B. Fraser Award for Pro Bono Excellence and he has handled numerous matters for the Rape Survivors’ Law Project.

Shane serves on Worcester Academy’s Board of Visitors and chairs the Marketing Committee for the Boston Bar Association's New Lawyer Section.

Prior to joining Nutter, Shane gained legal experience as a law clerk in the Arbitration Department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s London office. During law school, he also worked as an intern in the United States Attorney’s Hartford office and the Connecticut State Attorney’s Office.
