Sarah P. Kelly

Sarah P. Kelly is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group. Her practice includes representing clients in federal and state court in a variety of complex matters, including business torts, white-collar criminal cases, construction claims, and insurance-related matters. Sarah has significant trial experience on both the civil and criminal side. Sarah has also represented both corporations and individuals in government investigations and conducted internal investigations. These representations have involved numerous substantive areas of law, including False Claims Act violations, health care fraud, securities fraud, environmental crimes, and public corruption cases.

Sarah is also active in the firm’s pro bono efforts, which have included a federal criminal trial and an administrative law action against the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has also taught at Harvard Law School on the subject of commercial environmental litigation.
