Robert M. Brady

Robert M. Brady is a Senior Of Counsel in the Business Department and a member of the Banking and Financial Services practice group. A former vice president in the Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department in the First Federal Reserve District based in Boston, Bob has 35 years of experience in banking supervision and regulation with the Federal Reserve System.

As a vice president at the Boston Federal Reserve, Bob was responsible for the Credit, Risk Management and Analytics section of the Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department, which provides regulatory oversight of member banks, financial and bank holding companies, and foreign banking organizations throughout New England. His responsibilities included reviewing mergers, acquisitions and holding company formations and monitoring the health of financial institutions in the district. He rose from staff attorney to vice president over the course of his Federal Reserve career.

Bob taught Financial and Bank Holding Company law for fifteen years in the LL.M program at the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law at Boston University School of Law.
