Richard S. Rosenstein is Senior Of Counsel practicing in the firm's Business Department and Workout, Restructuring and Bankruptcy and Commercial Finance practice groups. A corporate, bankruptcy and finance attorney, Rich’s practice focuses on complex asset-based lending transactions representing borrowers and lenders, in both syndicated and non-syndicated commercial lending and leasing transactions. He has extensive experience in the enforcement and restructuring of leasing transactions and secured loans and has represented both secured lender and equipment lessors in Bankruptcy Court.
Rich currently serves on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association New England chapter and is co-chair of their programming committee. Rich was also chair and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Commercial Lending Committee. He is a founding member of the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) and a member of the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the ABA.
Rich frequently lectures and writes on matters concerning the uniform commercial code, commercial lending and bankruptcy for legal and industry groups and publications.
