Rebecca H. Gallup is an associate in the Litigation Department, concentrating in civil litigation. Rebecca represents a variety of clients in both medical device products liability suits and general commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, business torts, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Rebecca is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program. She has represented a number of clients in immigration, sexual assault, and employment matters.
She gained prior legal experience working as a law clerk at a complex-litigation firm where she focused on toxic tort and class action cases. During law school, Rebecca served as editor-in-chief of the Review of Banking & Financial Law and as Secretary of the Boston University School of Law Public Interest Project. Prior to law school, she developed and edited economic textbooks as a Development Editor for a major higher education publishing house.
