Michael A. Walsh is a partner in the Litigation Department and member of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Business Litigation practice groups. He represents clients in a variety of complex business litigation, including cases arising out of corporate transactions, RICO and fraud claims, and litigation involving securities transactions. Mike also has represented clients in a variety of intellectual property disputes, including cases involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, and related statutes such as anti-dilution and unfair competition laws.
Mike is a former member of the Board of Editors of The Trademark Reporter, a publication of the International Trademark Association, and has served as an expert witness in civil litigation involving issues pertaining to the protection of trademarks and the litigation of trademark disputes.
During law school, he was an editor of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
