Megan E. Jeans is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department. She focuses her practice on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, and patentability and infringement opinions.
Megan is active in the firm’s pro bono efforts through KIND (Kids in Need of Defense), an organization that helps obtain permanent residency for undocumented minors. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) and the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA).
Prior to joining Nutter, Megan served as a legal intern at Greater Boston Legal Services. While at Rice University, she was a recipient of the Samuel T. Sikes, Jr. Scholarship.
