Kelly McClure is an associate in the Litigation Department. She gained previous legal experience working as an intern in the Government Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she conducted legal research, drafted motions, and assisted in representing state agencies, appearing before the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County in administrative appeals. Kelly also worked as an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, where she gained experience assisting with depositions and trial preparation.
During law school, Kelly served as senior editor of the Boston College Law Review, vice president of the International Law Society and community service chair to the Law Students’ Association. Following her undergraduate studies, Kelly was a recipient of the Pamela Harriman Fellowship and spent a year in Paris, France serving as a Fulbright Fellow.
