Jonathan Persky is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Data Management and Discovery and Labor, Employment and Benefits practice groups. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment law.
Jon represents employers in the nonprofit sector and across a range of industries with respect to discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, employment policies and procedures, collective bargaining, and union certification. Jon’s business litigation practice focuses on complex contract disputes, frequently involving claims of business torts and trade secret misappropriation. He frequently advises clients on electronic discovery matters and has prior experience as a consultant specializing in data quality and integrity at a Big Four accounting firm.
During law school, Jon was executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review, a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board, and a participant in the Intellectual Property Certificate Program.
