Jack Penny, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, presented at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) Mid-Winter Meeting that was held in January. Jack presented a lecture on the “Duty to Disclose in the U.S.” and was a speaker on the panel entitled “Doing Business in Japan.”
