Gary D. Zanercik is a partner in the firm's Real Estate and Finance Department. He has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of real estate law, having practiced in the Real Estate and Finance Department at the Firm since law school.
Rather than recite Gary’s areas of expertise (debt and equity financing, real estate development, commercial and residential condominiums, title and survey issues and disputes, loan workouts and foreclosures) and representative clients (life companies, banks, developers, property owners and operators), suffice to say he solves problems. Gary melds his broad scope of technical experience in up markets and down markets with an ability to analyze quickly complex fact patterns and the motivations of the parties involved. The result is efficient achievement of the client’s goals, whatever the underlying legal issues.
For many years Gary served as head training partner for the young lawyers in real estate and elsewhere in the Firm, both in technical areas of the law and in developing systems for effective practice.
Gary is a qualified Land Court Examiner.
