Andrew M. Golden is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department. Andrew’s practice includes sophisticated estate planning, with a focus on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He also advises executors and trustees in the areas of estate and trust administration.
He gained previous legal experience while serving as a research assistant to a Boston College Law School professor, where he focused on such subjects as property, trusts and estates and legal history. Andrew gained additional experience while working as a real estate paralegal.
While in law school, Andrew was a recipient of the Alumni Scholarship. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the Honours Program.
